Bildirim Okuyucu ("uygulama"), gelen bildirimlerinizi telefon hoparlöründen veya bağlı bir Bluetooth ses cihazından sesli okuyan bir Android uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamanın nelere eriştiğini ve bilgilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

Uygulamanın eriştiği bilgiler

Bildirimleri sesli okumak için Android, uygulamaya Bildirim Erişimi verir. Onayınızla uygulama, açmayı seçtiğiniz uygulamaların bildirimlerini okur; bunlara şunlar dahildir:

  • bildirimi gönderen uygulamanın adı,
  • bildirim başlığı / gönderen,
  • bildirim mesaj metni.

Uygulama ayrıca ne zaman ve nereden konuşacağına karar vermek için ses çıkış durumunuzu (örneğin bir Bluetooth ses cihazının bağlı olup olmadığını) kontrol eder. Bluetooth varlığı, cihazın ses çıkış yönlendirmesinden algılanır; uygulama Bluetooth cihaz kimliklerine erişmez.

Bilgiler nasıl kullanılır

  • Bildirim metni sese dönüştürülür ve seçtiğiniz ses çıkışından sesli okunur. Metin, cihaz ayarlarınızda yapılandırılan bir sistem bileşeni olan Metin Okuma (TTS) motoruna iletilir.
  • Geçmiş kaydını açarsanız, okunan içeriğin bir kaydı (uygulama adı, gönderen, mesaj, zaman) uygulamada inceleyebilmeniz için cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Geçmiş kaydı kapatılabilir ve mevcut geçmiş istediğiniz zaman temizlenebilir.
  • Ayarlarınız (açık uygulamalar, ses/TTS tercihleri, dil, toplama penceresi) cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.

Uygulamanın YAPMADIKLARI

  • Bildirim içeriğini, geçmişi veya ayarları hiçbir sunucuya göndermez.
  • Verilerinizi üçüncü taraflara satmaz veya paylaşmaz.
  • Reklam göstermez, üçüncü taraf reklam/analiz SDK'sı içermez.
  • Telefon/telefoni durumunu veya herhangi bir Telecom API'sini kullanmaz.

Veri saklama, tutma ve silme

  • Tüm veriler (ayarlar ve isteğe bağlı geçmiş) cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.
  • Bildirim geçmişi bulut yedeklemesinden hariç tutulur; uygulama ayarları cihazınızın standart yedeklemesine dahil olabilir.
  • Geçmişi uygulama içinden istediğiniz zaman temizleyebilirsiniz.
  • Uygulamayı kaldırmak, tüm yerel verilerini siler.

Metin Okuma (TTS) motoru

Sesli okuma, cihazınızda yapılandırılmış Metin Okuma motorunu kullanır (örneğin Google veya Samsung TTS motoru). Bildirim metni, ses üretmek için bu motora verilir. TTS motorunun davranışı kendi sağlayıcısı ve cihaz ayarlarınız tarafından yönetilir; Bildirim Okuyucu metni kendisi hiçbir yere göndermez.

Tanılama

Bildirim Okuyucu bir çökme raporlama SDK'sı içermez. Cihaz / Google Play düzeyinde etkinleştirdiyseniz, Google Play kendi politikaları kapsamında toplu çökme ve performans tanılaması (Android Vitals) toplayabilir; geliştirici yalnızca anonim, toplu raporlar alır, asla bildirim içeriğinizi almaz.

Çocuklar

Uygulama genel amaçlı bir araçtır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Privacy Policy — Notification Reader

Notification Reader ("the app") is an Android app that reads your incoming notifications aloud through your phone's speaker or a connected Bluetooth audio device. This policy explains what the app accesses and how your information is handled.

Summary

  • Notification content is processed only on your device.
  • The app does not transmit notification content over the internet and does not share your data with third parties.
  • The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • The only special permission it requests is Notification Access (BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE).

Information the app accesses

To read notifications aloud, Android grants the app Notification Access. With your consent, the app reads notifications posted by the apps you choose to enable, including:

  • the posting app's name,
  • the notification title / sender,
  • the notification message text.

The app also checks your audio output state (for example, whether a Bluetooth audio device is connected) to decide when and where to speak. Bluetooth presence is detected from the device's audio output routing; the app does not access Bluetooth device identities.

How the information is used

  • Notification text is converted to speech and read aloud through your selected audio output. The text is passed to your device's Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine, a system component configured in your device settings.
  • If you enable history logging, a record of what was spoken (app name, sender, message, time) is saved locally on your device so you can review it in the app. History logging can be turned off, and existing history can be cleared at any time.
  • Your settings (enabled apps, audio/TTS preferences, language, batch window) are stored locally on your device.

What the app does NOT do

  • It does not send notification content, history, or settings to any server.
  • It does not sell or share your data with third parties.
  • It does not display ads or include third-party advertising/analytics SDKs.
  • It does not use phone/telephony state or any Telecom APIs.

Data storage, retention, and deletion

  • All data (settings and optional history) is stored locally on your device.
  • Notification history is excluded from cloud backup; app settings may be included in your device's standard backup.
  • You can clear the history from within the app at any time.
  • Uninstalling the app deletes all of its local data.

Text-to-Speech engine

Reading aloud uses your device's configured Text-to-Speech engine (for example, the Google or Samsung TTS engine). The notification text is provided to that engine to generate audio. The behavior of the TTS engine is governed by its own provider and your device settings; Notification Reader does not transmit the text anywhere itself.

Diagnostics

Notification Reader does not include a crash-reporting SDK. If enabled at the device / Google Play level, Google Play may collect aggregate crash and performance diagnostics (Android Vitals) under Google's own policies; the developer receives only anonymized, aggregated reports and never your notification content.

Children

The app is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Zusammenfassung

  • Benachrichtigungsinhalte werden ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät verarbeitet.
  • Die App überträgt keine Benachrichtigungsinhalte ins Internet und teilt Ihre Daten nicht mit Dritten.
  • Die App enthält keine Werbung und keine Analyse-/Tracking-SDKs von Drittanbietern.

Informationen, auf die die App zugreift

Zum Vorlesen gewährt Android der App den Benachrichtigungszugriff. Mit Ihrer Zustimmung liest die App Benachrichtigungen der von Ihnen aktivierten Apps, darunter:

  • den Namen der sendenden App,
  • den Benachrichtigungstitel / Absender,
  • den Nachrichtentext der Benachrichtigung.

Die App prüft außerdem den Audioausgabestatus (z. B. ob ein Bluetooth-Audiogerät verbunden ist), um zu entscheiden, wann und wo gesprochen wird. Die Bluetooth-Erkennung erfolgt über das Audio-Routing des Geräts; die App greift nicht auf Bluetooth-Geräteidentitäten zu.

Wie die Informationen verwendet werden

  • Der Benachrichtigungstext wird in Sprache umgewandelt und über die gewählte Audioausgabe vorgelesen. Der Text wird an die Text-to-Speech-(TTS-)Engine Ihres Geräts übergeben, eine Systemkomponente, die in Ihren Geräteeinstellungen konfiguriert ist.
  • Wenn Sie das Verlaufsprotokoll aktivieren, wird eine Aufzeichnung des Vorgelesenen (App-Name, Absender, Nachricht, Zeit) lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert, damit Sie es in der App ansehen können. Das Protokoll kann deaktiviert und der vorhandene Verlauf jederzeit gelöscht werden.
  • Ihre Einstellungen (aktivierte Apps, Audio-/TTS-Einstellungen, Sprache, Sammelfenster) werden lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert.

Was die App NICHT tut

  • Sie sendet keine Benachrichtigungsinhalte, keinen Verlauf und keine Einstellungen an einen Server.
  • Sie verkauft oder teilt Ihre Daten nicht mit Dritten.
  • Sie zeigt keine Werbung und enthält keine Werbe-/Analyse-SDKs von Drittanbietern.
  • Sie nutzt keinen Telefonie-Status und keine Telecom-APIs.

Speicherung, Aufbewahrung und Löschung

  • Alle Daten (Einstellungen und optionaler Verlauf) werden lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert.
  • Der Benachrichtigungsverlauf ist vom Cloud-Backup ausgeschlossen; App-Einstellungen können im Standard-Backup Ihres Geräts enthalten sein.
  • Sie können den Verlauf jederzeit in der App löschen.
  • Beim Deinstallieren der App werden alle lokalen Daten gelöscht.

Text-to-Speech-Engine

Das Vorlesen verwendet die konfigurierte Text-to-Speech-Engine Ihres Geräts (z. B. die Google- oder Samsung-TTS-Engine). Der Benachrichtigungstext wird dieser Engine zur Audioerzeugung übergeben. Das Verhalten der TTS-Engine unterliegt deren Anbieter und Ihren Geräteeinstellungen; Notification Reader überträgt den Text nicht selbst irgendwohin.

Diagnose

Notification Reader enthält kein Absturz-Reporting-SDK. Falls auf Geräte-/Google-Play-Ebene aktiviert, kann Google Play gemäß den eigenen Richtlinien aggregierte Absturz- und Leistungsdiagnosen (Android Vitals) erfassen; der Entwickler erhält nur anonymisierte, aggregierte Berichte und niemals Ihre Benachrichtigungsinhalte.

Kinder

Die App ist ein Allzweck-Hilfsprogramm und richtet sich nicht an Kinder.

Änderungen dieser Erklärung

Diese Erklärung kann von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisiert werden. Wesentliche Änderungen werden durch Aktualisierung des oben genannten Datums "Zuletzt aktualisiert" kenntlich gemacht.
